第一百五十二条 经合理计算，完成最后航次的日期约为合同约定的还船日期，但是可能超过合同约定的还船日期的，承租人有权超期用船以完成该航次。超期期间，承租人应当按照合同约定的租金率支付租金；市场租金率高于合同约定的租金率的，承租人应当按照市场租金率支付租金。
